India, Dec. 18 -- Tipra Motha Party founder Pradyot Kishore Debbarman on Thursday dismissed Chief Minister Manik Saha's assertion that the BJP was set for a clean sweep in the TTAADC elections and predicted that Tipra Motha's victory in the district council polls is assured beyond any doubt.
