India, Feb. 21 -- Assam Police's policing framework was showcased in the Bihar Legislative Assembly when first-time MLA and former IPS officer Anand Mishra addressed the ongoing Budget Session.
Mishra discussed Assam's high-tech policing system and suggested that Bihar consider modernization and technology upgrades in its law enforcement operations.
During the debate on the Home Department's budget allocations, Mishra acknowledged the Nitish government for presenting a budget focused on strengthening the police force. He noted that increased allocations for modernization, surveillance infrastructure, mobility, forensic upgrades, and capacity building indicate the government's intent to support internal security.
