SHILLONG, April 20 -- Senior TMC leader from the Northeast state of Meghalaya and former chief minister Mukul Sangma expressed optimism regarding his party's prospects in the Tura parliamentary seat.

He said that the people of Tura Lok Sabha constituency in Meghalaya desire for change.
