Meghalaya: BJP questions allocation of work to "controversial" company in Tura
Guwahati, April 29 -- Meghalaya BJP leader and MDC Bernard NMarak,has raised concerns regarding the allocation of work to ARSS Infrastructure Projects in Garo Hillstermingitto betainted.
He raised the concerns following a recent incident involving one of the company's dumper trucksinjuringa young boy.
Marak has written to the Chief Ministerseeking clarification onwhy ARSS, previously removed from the Shillong-Dawki road project due to poor performance and safety concerns, has been assigned work in a different region.
He stated that ARSS's history of accidents in Garo Hills, including the tragic loss of lives and injuries caused by their vehicles.
