India, Dec. 13 -- The Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Saturday graced the 4th State-Level Barak Festival 2025 held at Zeilipou in Senapati district, showcasing the traditions and cultural expressions of different ethnic groups and reflecting the region's rich diversity and vibrancy. Manipur is home to 34 different communities.

As part of the event, the Governor also unveiled the 4th State-Level Barak Festival 2025 monolith and witnessed traditional stone-pulling, displays of traditional cuisines, and the customary blowing of the horn.

Held under the theme 'Heritage in Harmony', the festival symbolised shared identity, unity, and the enduring bond between communities and the Barak River.
