Guwahati, March 1 -- A video message containing "false claims" and a warning to Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh, has surfaced, allegedly from a group of armed individuals.

The message, delivered in Manipuri (Meitei language), threatens to capture Kangla, a significant area in Imphal city, within two months.

Following the Manipur Legislative Assembly's resolution urging the Government of India to revoke the Suspension of Operation (SoO) with all Kuki-Zo militants, concerns have escalated.

The individuals in the video, armed with sophisticated weaponry, are believed to be associated with tribal factions advocating for a separate state or union territory within Manipur.
