India, Jan. 28 -- A vehicle lifter, who was arrested red-handed in broad daylight, was paraded in the presence of the general public at the Tribal Market area, New Lambulane, under Porompat Police Station in Manipur's Imphal East district.

Personnel of the City Traffic Control Police, in close coordination with central forces, were rendering their daily services at the Tribal Market area when they noticed a youth behaving suspiciously while attempting to start a two-wheeler.
