INDIA, Dec. 5 -- Security forces on Thursday arrested three active members of the G-5, an alliance of five underground groups, in connection with threats issued against participants of the Sumang Leela Associations and other performers at the recently concluded Manipur Sangai Festival 2025, the police reported on Friday.
Three communication devices, extorted money, and incriminating documents were recovered during operations conducted at different locations.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Keisham Chingkheihunba Singh (25), Akoijam Univers Meitei alias Lukhoi (27), and Wangkhem Malemnganba Meitei alias Ingo/Ngaionba (38)-all active G-5 members belonging to the outlawed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK)...
