India, Jan. 27 -- Central security forces, in coordination with civil police, recovered a significant cache of firearms and explosives during anti-insurgency operations in Imphal West and Thoubal districts over the past 48 hours, the police reported on Tuesday.
The first phase of the operation took place in the vulnerable areas of the Iroisemba Ching hill range under Lamphel police station in Imphal West.
