INDIA, Nov. 28 -- An encounter broke out between the Indian security forces and armed men who possessed sophisticated weapons at the borders of Manipur with Myanmar to the south causing reportedly injuring at least four jawans at around 4:30 am on Friday, reports said.
The reports stated that some unknown armed men suspected to be the insurgents, mainly operating along the Manipur-Myanmar border, attacked a group of Assam Rifles personnel at the border pillar numbers 85 and 86 near the Saibol and Maringthel villages in Tengnoupal district.
