Manipur Congress Legislature Party leader Okram Ibobi Singh on Sunday said the Bharatiya Janata Party's rule at the Centre and in the state was temporary and would ultimately be decided by voters.
Addressing the Congress party's 140th foundation day programme in Imphal, the three-time former chief minister expressed confidence that peace and social harmony would return to Manipur with the Congress regaining political strength.
