India, Feb. 15 -- The newly elected BJP national president Nitin Nabin will visit Dibrugarh on February 18 to attend a Prista Pramukh Sanmelan at Khanikar.BJP state president Dilip Saikia confirmed Nabin's two-day tour to Upper Assam beginning February 18.

Saikia visited Dibrugarh on Sunday to review preparations for the programme.Speaking to reporters, Saikia said Nabin will reach Dibrugarh on February 18 and participate in the Prista Pramukh programme at Khanikar field.

On February 19, he will visit Tinsukia and pay tribute at the Maidam of Matak king Sarbananda Singh."This will be Nitin Nabin's first visit to Dibrugarh and Tinsukia after assuming office. He will take part in several organisational programmes," Saikia said.He added th...
