Guwahati, Sept. 19 -- Assamese singer Zubeen Garg died in a scuba diving accident in Singapore.

Zubeen Garg was rescued from the sea by Singapore police and rushed to a nearby hospital, but he has sadly passed away.

Zubeen was admitted to the ICU, where doctors have been closely monitoring his condition and providing intensive care. However, no official updates on his health have been released yet.

Zubeen had traveled to Singapore for the North East Festival, where he was scheduled to perform today.
