Guwahati, July 6 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Agriculture Minister Atul Bora inaugurated the Bhagadatta Flyover-2 at Rukminigaon on Sunday evening, bringing much-needed relief to one of Guwahati's most congested traffic zones.
