India, Feb. 15 -- The long-simmering anger against the ferro-silicon manufacturing unit at the Niglok Industrial Growth Centre (IGC) boiled over today as hundreds of villagers poured onto the streets, accusing authorities of failing to address what they describe as a mounting environmental and public health crisis.
