India, Nov. 7 -- : Dibrugarh Municipal Corporation (DMC) beat Hiloidhari Gaon Panchayat 6-5 via a tie-breaker at Assam's Chowkidinghee Playground in the men's football final of the Sansad Khel Mahotsav on Thursday.

The scheduled time of the game ended in a 1-1 draw.

Saikhat Borgohain of Mancotta Gaon Panchayat was adjudged the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament, while Aditya Kaushik Rai of Hiloidhari Gaon Panchayat received the Best Player award.

A total of eight teams participated in the tournament.
