Guwahati, April 20 -- The rapid technological expansion in the wake of capitalism and globalization has changed the dynamics of job roles and skills required, demanding a more versatile and flexible workforce. The introduction of artificial intelligence has shifted the traditional job landscape by automating routine tasks, enhancing data formulation and analysis, and significantly accelerating manual processes. A study indicated that 65.70% of the workforce in India faces a serious risk of automation in the near future (Awasthi & Yagnik, 2025).
