Sudan, Oct. 28 -- In North Darfur, Sudan, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have advanced into the city of El Fasher after more than 500 days of siege. In response to these developments, Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) issued statements calling for the protection of civilians fleeing for safety.
