Chad, Feb. 19 -- Drone attacks carried out by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) are hitting civilian areas and critical infrastructure across Sudan, including schools, crowded markets, health care facilities, and water sources.
In the first two weeks of February, Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) teams treated 167 patients with penetrating injuries, including from drone shrapnel, as well as limb fractures and head injuries. This pattern of attacks is placing civilians and humanitarian workers at grave risk. MSF is calling for their immediate protection.
