INDIA, Nov. 13 -- Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella shares in this interview with David Rubenstein the advice that changed the course of his life.

During the initial meetings around deciding the next CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella explicitly made it clear that he wasn't hungering for the job and would only do it if the board wanted him to - which they found odd considering most people wanted the job.
