India, May 15 -- Hiring PMs is hard for a number of reasons and some of these are applicable to other roles as well. In this post I'm going to focus on the evaluation aspect of the PM hiring process and talk about why it's challenging to evaluate PM skills.

To understand why evaluating a PM is hard, first we'll briefly look at what a PM does. We are all aware of this famous infographic.
