RANCHI, Jan. 19 -- In the name of women safety, claims are often made by the Jharkhand Police. But the reality is different from this. If we talk about the last 23 days in the state, then on average, a woman or a woman is being murdered every third day. Mutual enmity is also being seen behind this.
