HAZARIBAGH, Jan. 16 -- DDC Vijaya Jadhav of Hazaribagh district has been accused of beating the patient Sunder Das, a resident of Koderma, sitting next to his residence. It is alleged that the patient Sundar Das was injured after beating the patient with the poles by DDC.
