NEW DELHI, Nov. 20 -- Congress on Wednesday termed the electoral bond as 'dishonest bond' and 'political scam' and alleged that changes were made in the rules related to it on the instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The party's chief spokesperson, Randeep Surjewala, said that if there is respect for ethics and democracy in this government, then it should reply to both the houses of Parliament on this subject. Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhiranjan Chaudhary said that the issue of electoral bond will be raised with full force in the lower house.
