RANCHI, Nov. 17 -- The new Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Dr. Ravi Ranjan was sworn in as the 13th Chief Justice of the High Court. Let us tell you that Governor Draupadi Murmu administered her the oath of office and secrecy in a simple ceremony held at Birsa Mandap at Raj Bhavan on Sunday.

Please tell that Justice Ravi Ranjan was a judge of Punjab Haryana Court before this. Justice Ravi Ranjan shifted from Patna High Court to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. On November 13, Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan was appointed the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court. The appointment warrant was issued with the signature of President Ramnath Kovind.
