KOLKATA, Nov. 9 -- In the wake of severe cyclonic storm 'Bulbul', Indian Coast Guard personnel have prepared to deal with any accidental situation. Hurricane Bulbul is expected to reach between the West Bengal and Bangladesh coasts by late evening or night.

Coast Guard Inspector General Rajan Bargotra said on Saturday that the ships have been evacuated to safer places on the shores of Paradip, Dharma and Sagar islands.

Let us not be a casualty: SR Das Commander Barotra of the Northeast Region of the Coast Guard Force said that fishermen have not been advised to go to sea in the coastal areas of Odisha and West Bengal in view of this cyclonic storm.
