NEW DELHI, Jan. 19 -- Former foreign minister and lawyer Salman Khurshid has also supported the talk of senior Congress leader and veteran lawyer Kapil Sibal regarding CAA. Know that on Saturday, Kapil Sibal said, when the CAA has passed the Parliament, no state can say that I will not implement it.
This is not possible and is unconstitutional. Opposition party-ruled states are refusing to implement the Citizenship Amendment Kanu (CAA), but in the meantime these two veteran leaders of the Congress have added to the troubles of the Congress.
