NEW DELHI, Jan. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the three-day Raisina Dialogue for brainstorming on global geopolitical and economic issues. The inaugural session included former NATO Secretary General Anas Ramamusan, New Zealand PM Helen Clarke, former Afghan President Hamid Karzai, former Canadian PM Stephen Harper, former Sweden PM Carl Blidt, Bhutan former PM Shiring Togbe, South Korea's former PM Han Song Soo churned on global challenges.
