KOLKATA, Nov. 20 -- On the one hand, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced to implement the National Civil Register (NRC) in the Rajya Sabha across the country, on the other hand, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has retaliated in West Bengal.
