NEW DELHI, Jan. 25 -- About 668 candidates are in the fray in Delhi Assembly elections. On Friday, about 30 people withdrew their nominations.

The nominations of about 700 candidates for the Delhi elections were found valid by the election authorities after scrutiny on Thursday. A senior official of the Election Office said that on Friday, about 30 candidates withdrew their nominations.

28 candidates in New Delhi seat At the same time, the maximum number of candidates are contesting on the New Delhi Assembly seat. CM Kejriwal of Delhi is also contesting from this seat. Apart from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, 27 other candidates are in the fray for this much-discussed seat.
