INDIA, Dec. 7 -- Voting began for the second phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections across 20 seats on Saturday. CM Raghubar Das, state Assembly speaker Dinesh Oraon, former state food supply minister Saryu Roy are among the 260 candidates contesting in the polling constituencies. The elections in the 81-member state Assembly are being held in five phases.
