India, May 30 -- A woman in the US has sued Walt Disney World Resort alleging she was "dive-bombed" by a bird, suffering serious brain injuries during an incident in 2017. The lawsuit accused Disney of failing to properly warn visitors of the dangers of seasonal nesting birds. The woman is seeking unspecified damages in excess of $15,000 (over Rs10.48 lakh).
