New Delhi, July 18 -- A special court refused to accept the chargesheet filed by CBI against Rana Kapoor and others accused in Yes Bank fraud case. This comes after CBI failed to initiate proceedings to obtain sanction to prosecute Kapoor under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The court transferred the case to Metropolitan Magistrate, saying the charges under IPC can be tried by it.
