India, May 30 -- Israeli lawmakers have voted to dissolve parliament after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to form a coalition government following last month's elections. The country will now hold fresh elections on September 17. It's the first time in Israel's history that it has been forced to hold new elections due to failure to form a government after the previous election.
