INDIA, Dec. 7 -- The CBI has registered a case against sitting Allahabad High Court judge Justice Shri Narayan Shukla alleging that he accepted a bribe for giving favourable order for a Lucknow-based medical college, Prasad Institute of Medical Sciences. It was disbarred from taking admissions by the government in 2017. CBI has also named a retired judge of the Odisha HC IM Quddusi.
