INDIA, Dec. 7 -- A thief in Madhya Pradesh wrote a note for a homeowner after he had to leave empty-handed, having not been able to steal anything. "Bahut kanjoos hai tu, khidki todne ki mehnat bhi nahi mili, raat kharab ho gayi (You're a miser, I didn't even get a reward for breaking in through the window, my night was spoilt)," he wrote.
