New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Sanjay Singh remarked that Whatever happened during the elections in Delhi was a black spot on democracy.

Singh said that that tere are institutions like the Election Commission, Parliament and the Supreme Court in Delhi and whatever happened under their nose is a black spot on Indian democracy. Singh alleged that money, sarees, shoes and utensils were distributed here. Ink was applied on the fingers of AAP supporters after paying them money. The police-administration was openly misused.

Singh also critcised the BJP for not being able to elect a Chief Minister of Delhi even 10 days after the declaration of results.
