New Delhi, Dec. 3 -- Warning the Members of Parliament of skipping the house, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said BJP MPs must turn up in large numbers in the Parliament when the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill is tabled by Home Minister Amit Shah next week. He said the bill holds importance as the Article 370 move to end special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Patel also appealed the MPs to come up in large numbers and attend house "seriously" as important bills were lined up to be tabled.

Mr. Singh conveyed Prime Minister Mr. Modi's displeasure at frequent absenteeism of the MPs in the house.
