New Delhi, Oct. 22 -- Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, Jayant Chaudhary, is leading a high-level Knowledge Exchange Mission to the Philippines from October 20-22, 2025, facilitated by the World Bank.
