New Delhi, June 29 -- Non-Aligned Movement recognises the significance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). NAM believes that equity and inclusiveness are two important indicators of successful achievement of the SDGs. Thus, NAM has called upon its Member States to create conditions of economic growth with equality. Vision 2025 plan in Sri Lanka is a noticeable example of this strategy to promote inclusive growth.

The Vision 2025 was formulated by Sri Lankan government in September 2017.
