New Delhi, Dec. 5 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Indian capital on a State Visit, where he is scheduled to participate in the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit. The visit marks an important moment in bilateral relations as both nations commemorate the 25th anniversary of the declaration of their Strategic Partnership.
