New Delhi, Oct. 25 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today inaugurated several development projects and a newly constructed Chhath Ghat in the Laxmi Nagar Assembly constituency, dedicating them to the public.

Gupta said the new ghat is not only a symbol of faith for the Purvanchali community but also a reflection of Delhi's cultural pride and collective spirit.

She noted that the BJP-led administration has shown unprecedented dedication and sensitivity in preparing for this year's Chhath Mahaparv. "This time, when our sisters offer arghya to the Sun God along the Yamuna, they will do so while standing in clean and pure waters," she stated.
