New Delhi, July 25 -- Delhi Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, announced a landmark expansion of the city's healthcare infrastructure. In a major development, the Delhi Government has inaugurated 34 new Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, 8 new Jan Aushadhi Kendras, and implemented the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) across all government hospitals.
Speaking at the Delhi Secretariat, CM Gupta highlighted that these initiatives are part of the government's mission of "Healthy Delhi, Prosperous Delhi". The newly launched Arogya Mandirs will offer free services including routine health checkups, essential medicines, yoga consultation, AYUSH-based treatment, vaccinations, maternal care, and digital health facilities.
