New Delhi, Dec. 15 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended the Divya Kala Mela, organised by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) under the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment at Kartavya Path, and described the event as a living and inspiring symbol of the spirit of Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat.

The Chief Minister visited the exhibition along with Union Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar and interacted with participants showcasing a wide range of artistic and handcrafted products.
