New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- Commemorating Nari Shakti and the vision of Viksit Bharat, Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh on September 11, 2025, virtually flagged off Samudra Pradakshina, the world's first-ever tri-service all-women circumnavigation sailing expedition, from the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Describing the mission as a glowing symbol of women's empowerment, jointness of the Armed Forces, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and India's global vision, he called it a milestone in military diplomacy and maritime adventure.
