New Delhi, May 6 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh held a bilateral meeting with Japanese Minister of Defense Gen Nakatani at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi on May 5, 2025. Both leaders strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms and stressed the need for global cooperation to counter it.

Singh denounced Pakistan's state policy of cross-border terrorism targeting India, carried out through both state and non-state actors. He warned that such actions severely undermine regional peace and stability, and called for a united global stand against terrorism and state-sponsored violence.
