New Delhi, Nov. 6 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Election Commission of India (ECI), alleging that the recently held Haryana Assembly elections were "stolen" through a well-organised conspiracy involving fake voters and manipulated electoral rolls. Gandhi claimed that there exists "black-and-white evidence" to prove how the mandate of the people was subverted to favour the ruling party.
