New Delhi, March 20 -- Minister of Food & Supplies, Industry, Forest & Environment in the Delhi Government Manjinder Singh Sirsa has said that for the first time, a Punjabi literary festival will be held in Delhi.

Sirsa had a meaningful discussion with a delegation of various Punjabi organizations regarding the upcoming Sikh Literature Festival at the Delhi Secretariat. "This festival will be a significant step in preserving, promoting and celebrating Sikh history, culture and literature," Sirsa said.
