New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- The was received at the Al Husseiniya Palace and accorded a ceremonial welcome. The two leaders held discussions in restricted and delegation-level formats.
Both sides recalled their previous interactions and highlighted the warm and historic ties between India and Jordan. The leaders noted that the visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, giving it added significance. The Prime Minister appreciated Jordan's role in strengthening bilateral ties, while King Abdullah II reiterated strong support for India's fight against terrorism and condemned terrorism in all its forms.
