New Delhi, March 29 -- Speaking in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government wasted the budget for Delhi in three ways. First, by not using it, second by misusing it, and third by corruption. Rekha Gupta said that now Rs. a budget of 1 lakh crore has come, Delhi will get its rights with transparency.
